Payment methods for your convenience: I accept various payment methods, including cash, cards, and most mobile wallets. Please note that payments are due at time of service.

In Office Notary

To schedule an in-office appointment, you can call my office or use the online booking feature. I also do travel work, so kindly request that you call ahead of time to ensure availability.

Mobile Notary

Need me to come to you? Book an appointment and I'll be there. I understand that emergencies happen, and you may need something last minute. I strive to be as flexible as possible with nights and weekends in those circumstances. Please note that extra fees for travel will apply.

Remote Online Notary (RON)

Yes, it is legal to notarize most documents online as long as the proper procedure is followed. You would need to scan the document and send it to me for review and upload prior to our appointment. Most phones now scan a document and save as a PDF. If needed, I can walk you through the process. I am also IPen ready with my Surface Pro.

PennDot Title Transfers

Unfortunately, not available yet. I will update this page once I am approved by PennDot. In the meantime I suggest Smith's Notary, LLC in Ernest for your title needs.

Loan Signings (NSA/LSA)

Whether you are a lender, borrower, seller or title/escrow company, I can handle the signing of your mortgage documents. Whether you're buying, selling, or refinancing I got you covered. Background check is kept up to date through the National Notary Association yearly. Contact me directly for pricing.

Weddings

Seperate from my notary work, I am also an ordained minister. Whether you prefer a non-denominational Christian ceremony or a secular ceremony, I can accommodate your preferences. Pricing will greatly vary depending on the wedding type and days/travel involved.

The Commonwealth permits notaries public to charge the following fees for these six official acts.

Title Transfers

This will be updated with some of the most common title and registration fees to expect when performing a title transfer. I hope to have the office ready by the end of 2025!!

Weddings

Here is another one the price will vary according to situation. I will be taking into consideration the amount of time spent prepping, travel, hours spent at a rehursal, ceremony and reception if needed for dinner blessing.

In office wedding..............$100.00

Your location wedding: Includes quick show up and marry you, no rehursal, no reception. Use notary travel fees...............................$100.00 + Travel

2 day wedding includes rehursal and wedding day service...........................$200.00 + Travel
